It all began when I was walking through the magical woodlands in North Cornwall and I had to stop every minute to stare and marvel at the different mushrooms, leaves and colours there were around me. I wanted to create ceramics that looked like they’d been pulled straight out of the ground, or found on a tree stump left by a fairy friend.
